Goal.
OSDB app is the company’s most important touchpoint but it needed to improve the way its values were communicated. That’s why I have analyzed customer needs thoroughly to come up with a design that builds trust and confidence.
Our redesign placed people at the heart of the experience in order to strengthen OSDB goal to be a reliable human-centered platform for sport news.

+94 screens, +46 reusable components and +38 prototypes were created.
The result.
After 5 months of close collaboration, I designed the new platforms of OSDB. It was definitely a unique challenge to redesign the application to fit exactly the needs of the target group. A really sensitive approach was needed to make OSDB as familiar and trustworthy as possible.
Yet, I succeeded in designing a stress-free user journey and communicated a brand identity that builds trust. I went through each phase of the design process with one goal in mind: improving the user experience every step of the way.
